How to view license activities?

Adobe License log in pop up when I launched AI from my computer this morning, which is odd. After log in, Adobe License shows my license is over the limit of two computers. The odd part is that, it shows the computer that I'm using is both licensed and not licensed, This Device is not licensed and My Computer Name is licensed and last launched 30 minutes ago, which is about when I turn on my computer for the 1st time today. I was able to use it after deactivated license from My Computer Name.

I have Adobe installed on three computers, but I almost never use the 3rd computer. I have not switched licneses between computers in months. Is this a glitch or my Adobe License is hacked? How do I view my license activities?
