I am so un happy with adobe

I think its so bad that i have had adobe for 1,3 year now and i have no posibillity to end my it EVEN THO they just keept charging me without my knowlege after the one year had past. I did not want to renew

When does your current subscription expire?   To avoid early cancellation fees, set a reminder on your smartphone or Google Calendar to cancel your subscription in the 12th month, after final payment has been processed.

3. Online chat is available in English 24/7.
4. In the chat box, type AGENT followed by enter key and wait for a human.

Subscriptions are renewed automatically and without notification, which was explained in the subscription terms you agreed to when you purchased the subscription. It is your responsibility to know when the subscription ends and to cancel during the final month if you do not want it renewed. Adobe has recently added that information on the billing page; but, sadly, that's too late for you.

 

Personally, I think customers should be able to opt-in to automatic renewal instead of having it be no choice at all.

And ofc allso that there is no chat, as it says on the webside, no telephone number that works, when u get to costumer service they say "could not concet". No email. So if costumer service is important to u, u should not have adobe..
