I cant buy a new Plan

I had a photography plan and I cancelled because I wanted to buy a new one, but when I tried to buy my new plan later I couldn't because it said that I had to upgrade my previous plan, the one I had cancelled earlier. When I go to my plan to try and upgrade it, there is no option to manage it. Can someone please help me?
