I cant use my Adobe portfolio site with my new adobe license

I had an adobe license with emailadressA, with that one I made an Adobe portfolio site.
Now, I have a new license with emailadressB (a schoolacount) and I can't use my original Adobe portfolio site. I can make a new site but it would be a struggle.
Also I can't just change my emailadress

So you are saying you want to combine your old personal Adobe account with your new school Adobe account? Is your old account still active?
