I want to cancel my subscription but i have to pay a fee that i dont agree to.

I want to cancel my subscription to
photoshop but it says that i have an
anual plan and that i have to pla 60+
euro to cancel it???? I never wanted
the anual plan, i wanted to take one
month of photoshop for a project i
had and to complete my course in
school easier. Now i noticed that i
charged me another 12 euro for a
new month about 10 days ago, i
want to cancel the subscription for
now cause im not even using
photoshop now. This is insane, i
thought that i can opt out of this
subscription, thats why i got it.... My
card is empty, there isnt enugh
money on it to even pay for the third month....
