Increased subscription cost???

Increased subscription cost = BS. You know exactly how easy it would be for us to miss in the email that membership is ARBITRARILY increasing from $16.32 to $19.99 a month. How much are you about to make off your entire user base missing this information?

 

Not impressed. Considering cancelling. And no customer support email either which is why I'm here.
