lost my number for authentication method, cannot get access... please help

i lost my number for 2 steo authentification and have lost access to my account. also i cannot locate choose another method for authentication. now i am stuck on the sign in.. please help

Hi,

It happened to me, wait a while and try another computer and I did it, but not by SMS to my cell phone, but by the message to Email.

Down some help.
