Hi. I have a student version of Adobe Pro from 2014. I lost access to it when I upgraded my Mac to Catalina. How can I, or can I, upgrade my student version? I'm back in school and could really use it. TIA.

Check in your online Adobe account to see if any apps or plans show up there:

    https://helpx.adobe.com/download-install/kb/downloaded-older-app.html

Report back with further details if you need more help.

Adobe Pro. You mean "Acrobat Pro", "Premiere Pro" or something else?

Student versions are very discounted, and no upgrade pricing is ever given.
