I purchased the monthly subscription to adobe premiere and everytime i open the app on my computer it requires me to select a plan, why won't it let me sign in or recognize my purchased plan?

It can happen as the result of operator error.   besides editing, I also provide support for a number of editors and in one case, my client had multiple emails and had actually used more than one for signing up for creative cloud for use on multiple systems.  When I realized that she wasn't using CC on all her systems I attempted to cancel one of her accounts.  Figuring out which one was active and which email it was associated with and what the correct password was was an adventure.
