Plan de Adobe Stock

For some reason, Adobe was unable to update my Adobe Stock subscription and according to them there is a delay in payment, however, I cannot access the assets that are supposed to be paid. I find it unfair that I can not make use of resources for which I have already paid, I have 54 unused photos since I started the subscription when the number of images per month is 10 ...

If your Stock plan entitles you to 10 assets per month, you need to download 10 assets per month.  Unused assets don't carry over when your subscription ends.
