Hi! I have a licence for PSE 15 but the program is not installed on my Mac and I cannot install it anymore because it's impossible now on Big Sur. If I buy an upgrade to PSE 21 would it be possible to install this upgrade since the old program is not on the computer anymore? Or do I have to buy the full version? Thanks!
yes, you'll have a full pse 21 program.
proof of ownership of pse 15 will be needed to install the upgrade version of pse 21 (and adobe confirms pse 15 ownership by looking for pse 15 to be installed on your computer and, when not found, will prompt you for your pse 15 serial number).
so in your situation, after entering the pse 15 serial number you will be prompted for the pse 21 serial number. then installation of pse 21 will proceed.
