I waas charged £15.17 on 28 Octover from my bank accouint. I have tried every possible way to ask for a refund. None of it works. This is disgusting. I am 78 years old, and did not want ~Adoble to start with. There is no possible way it seems that I can get a refund. Adoble now has my debit card detasils, and that is worrying.  Mrs C. Cohen

    Most plans are for a year, and there is a cancellation fee. So this isn't over. The charge may repeat every month until you cancel and pay the fee.... what exactly did you sign up for?

    @Coral5EF9

    Contact your bank.

    When you ordered a trial subscription from Adobe, they asked for your credit card details and you had to download and install the software on your device.  Are you saying you never gave Adobe your credit card and downloaded the software?  Or or are you saying you wanted the software but never intended to pay for it?

    After 7 days, the free trial reverts to a paid subscription plan until you cancel.  Did you cancel within the 14 day grace period? You should have received an email confirmation.  Did you receive the email confirmation?  You might want to check your spam folder.
