Recieved invoice for refund but no Money
I requested a refund on December 28th 2019 and the customer service agent said I would receive my refund in 5-7 business days.. its now the 7th of January and have not received payment. I contacted customer support again and was told payment was sent on the 5th and even sent me an invoice of the receipt. I don't know how this is possible because I never received the money and it isn't even pending. How is this possible? The info on the invoice looked correct as far as personal information so I'm not sure why I still don't see the money in my account.
