Hi my bank got deducted today without further notice from this app. I would like to ask what is the process to get the refund. I didn't subscribe or use this. i just installed it suddenly a few months ago. and i didnt mind to uninstall. PLEASE HELP. They deducted from my savings account . heres the attached order id and document no.

THe trial period is of 7 days and you can cancel within the first 14 days to get a full refund of your amount. Please check what plan you have subscribed to and when and cancel it as soon as possible if you are within the 14 day period.

Regardless of whether you use it or not, your current plan won't expire until Oct 24, 2021.
