Refund
Good morning! I recieved a free trial for Adobe acrobat premium a little over a week ago. As soon as I started using it I knew it was something I wouldn't use so I tried to cancel the subscription throughout the week of having my free trial. Unfortunately I couldn't figure out how to do that. I thought the subscription was through Google play or through Samsung's website itself but I was unsuccessful in finding out who the subscription was going through. The only way I ended up finding out it was through Samsung galaxy store, was from the receipt sent to my email charging me for a year long subscription since the trial period had ended. I don't actually ever use Samsung galaxy store so I didn't know how the subscription ended up going through that app. I would like to request a refund for the Adobe acrobat premium subscription, I do not have a need for the subscription and it was my mistake that I could not figure out how to unsubscribe in time.
