Hi I downloaded Adobe Acrobat Reader-Monthly. I tried to cancel my subscription before my free trial ended. Unfortunately for me I couldn't find where to cancel.
I am requesting a refund for 10 and change amount that was taken from my account. The money was taken and I immediately contacted you, This was a mistake can you please refund my money?

Thank you

This is a public forum, you need the link to Adobe support, not other users
Be sure to remain signed in with your Adobe ID before accessing the link below
-you must also allow 'cookies' in your web browser for this to work
https://helpx.adobe.com/contact/support.html
-click the chat icon at the bottom right of the page to open a chat session
-the chat icon looks like '3 dots inside a circle' at the lower right
-type AGENT into the chat window to connect directly to a person rather than the AI
Do be aware that Adobe's staffing is impacted by the virus, so wait times are long
-or https://helpx.adobe.com/contact/phone.html

In addition to what John told you, be aware that you did NOT get Acrobat Reader. You got Adobe Acrobat, which is a different product.

Acrobat Reader is free and you can get it here: https://get.adobe.com/reader/

The main difference is that Reader lets you read and comment on PDF files, while Acrobat allows you to create PDFs and manipulate the files, including editing the contents.
