Rejecting computer?

Hey everyone, so I have another laptop that uses my adobe account but it's saying "laptop rejected". The laptop I am using now and this other laptop are the only computers with the login (other than my phone for lightroom). What happens is it asks me to choose what account im using (i use adobe through google accounts), I choose it, and then it says rejected. I also checked and the other laptop is no longer listed in the active sessions tab of my adobe account. Today is my payment period so Im hoping its just processing and then tomorrow it should be fine but i've found nothing on google related to the subject. Thank you to everyone in advance.

Kyrich2003, what is the exact text of the error message you are receiving?  What operating system are you installing and utilizing your Creative Cloud membership on?
