Renew your subscription

Hi I need to know how to solve an issue with my subscription, the authomatic renewal was due december 18th but my bank had me a renew of my credit card so the charge did not happened, since january 4th I can not access my programs, today had my credit card info updated but the programs still not work.

What I need to do?
