Seek to Cancel and Refund my subscription charges.

I wanted to bring to light a prolonging situation regarding my Adobe Creative Cloud subscription that I believed to be canceled a few months ago but apparently hasn't and is still delivering charges to my account. I have not used Adobe CC for pretty much a year now (since June 2016 if I recall correctly), and had contacted chat support and called customer support about this issue a few months ago, with my utmost request for both the cancelation of the service and a total refund for all the months I had not used Adobe subscription. This is because I noticed on my banking account that several charges from Adobe had occurred, with respect to the Creative Cloud subscription, and that because I went to my account last year to cancel it, the cancel option was nowhere to be found. The representative I interacted with on chat didn't really help my situation and thought my case to done (when it wasn't), and the person I called told me that the auto-renewal of the service would occur around October/November, and that only by canceling my service by that point, which I did, would I then be able to collect my total refund for the unused month's. Otherwise, I would have to pay a cancelation fee. All of this has truly confused me to great lengths to the point where it has resulted in lost money from my account. My subscription appears to be on at this time, and as I checked my debit card account to see charges from Adobe's subscription, it has dated as far back as the previous year for which I had not used the service.
Thus, I would like to strongly request for the complete refund that includes prior months of non-issue, along with the complete cancelation of my Creative Cloud service. In case you need, the reference number for the previous case regarding my issue is 0223160836.
