Student Subscription isn't accessable in Hungary.... Can I make my subscription from elsewhere?

I study at university in Hungary, but there when I want to subscribe to CC the field for student price is inactive. Now I am in Germany where I could make such subscription but my question is, is it a problem that my university information is from Hungary and can I use my subscription when I am back there again?
