Subscription canceld

Hello there,

 

i just bought a year subscription of Adobe Photo on Amazon. Because i had the subscription i thought i could cancel the mothly subscription i had prior. I cancelt the subscription but now everything is gone and when i look unter subscription its telling me "next payment on 12.09.2020". The year subscription is not showing up as well. I tried to redeem the code again but its telling me that the code was already used. How can i undo this? Looks like my year subscription is away.
