Question

Can somebody please explain why it is that the Adobe help system is so difficult to use? Are the bugs intentional in an attempt to deter people or is it just ineptitude?

How on earth do I get to contact a real person and avoid getting tangled in an endless loop of links that don't get anywhere, attempts to login that don't work etc etc.
