Terrible Experience on Day 2
1. Signed up for Creative Cloud last week. Never received a confirmation email that I registed and wasn't sure if it went through until my credit card paid Adobe $17.39 on November 16.
2. It shows that I have the free service and there's no orders associated with my account even though I'm being charged.
3. Worked for the 1st day and now I'm having this problem:
It asks me to sign in every time and verify my account. The confirmation emails never come even after following Adobe's directions. There's no other way to verify since I tried using my secondary address and my Apple acctoun because it still asks me to verify my Yahoo account. I have my cellphone listed and there's no way to sign in that way. Adobe seems like their web services are outdated and it was easier using the standard photoshop/lightroom versions.
