This subscription is a scam

I did a free trial awhile ago and thought I canceled it but never did. I just noticed I've been charged multiple times without knowing and tried to cancel. Only to find there's a cancelation fee??? I called to get this sorted out and the guy on the phone said he'd make the last months free so I could cancel without a fee (but guess what, it still says I owe $30 to cancel). I also asked if there was a chance I could get a refund since I haven't used it since the free trial and he said no. So essentially adobe has been stealing from my wallet and charging me more to stop them from stealing more from my wallet. This service is a scam and if there's anyone that can help with this please do because apparently the help line for calling is useless.
