Transfeing premium subscription to another device

I signed up for the premium version of Adobe Acrobat premium on my Iphone, I rarely use thr phone, so I download it on my Ipad. I used the same sign in information, but it does not recognize my subscription. I assume the subscription is tied the device and not my account? Is there anyway to transfet it it to my IPAD? Thanks in advance!

Are you asking about unlocking premium mobile features in Acrobat Reader? Or is this about Acrobat Pro DC?

Are you logged in with your PAID plan ID and password?

You need to ask in the Apple store

I do know that for Android some apps will install on a cell phone but NOT on an Android tablet
