Trying to get through to customer service but can't - paid twice for the one product

I desparately need to get hold of someone at Adobe. they seem to have charged me twice. I think it was me who at first made a typo in the email so did it again as I was not able to veryfy who I was with the email sent as it would be sent to the wrong email
I assumed it wouln't charge if it was not verified and I needed it so had to do it again.
I need to speak to a human being about this but it says I don't have access and I need to contact the administrator. I am the one who set it all up so why is it I cannot get hold of someone. Seems ludicrus and appauling customer service that it is not possible to talk to a human. What do I do.
