Unable to buy Photography plan in my country.

I live in Serbia. I'm in need for Photograpy Plan (Photoshop and Lightroom included), but I'm unable to buy said plan directly. Only way I can do it is via resellers and not even single one of them in my country offers Photography plan. To be exact, they don't offer anything even close to that. Only thing I could find is team licence for entire CreativeCloud which is absurdly expensive.

 

Is there any way to circumvent said problem?

SHAME ON YOU and your company. 90% of your, so called, certified resellers for your products in Serbia are fake companies that either don't sell your licence at all, or are doing something completely unrelated with licencing or selling software.

Shame.

      I am also unable to buy a plan. The only thing I could find is a team license for the entire CreativeCloud which is absurdly expensive. I want to buy for designing my new blog images.

      i understand the problem, but there is no current way for you to legally purchase an individual plan and there's no way to legally purchase any plan from your country without going through a reseller.

      if you're a student/teacher, there are educational resellers for serbia http://adobedealreg.force.com/PartnerSearch?lang=en

       

      otherwise, the commercial resellers are going to be more expensive.

       

      and unfortunately there is no legal way to circumvent the authoized resellers at the above link.
