Unable to contact support because of incorrect plan listing
I purchased a discounted annual plan for students through a commercial website and all has been fine until I tried to contact support for an installation/update issue. I'm listed as having an enterprise account and am blocked from Chat and told to contact my system administrator for support. The enterprise plan is for employees of the school district NOT students. Students are told by instructors to contact Adobe for support since we purchase our plans individually. Now I have 3 problems
1) being able to contact adobe to
2) get status of plan updated so I can
3) contact support
