Unable to sign into my Abobe account as student email is no longer valid - Want to cancel sub

So currently have an issue which is preventing me from cancelling my Adobe subscription that was attached to a student email but now that email is not longer valid as I have graduated college. Now I can't log into my account to cancel the subscription and can't use the methods prompted by Adobe as they require you to login in... which I can't do.
The only option I can see is to block payment from coming out of the bank account. I have done the minumin year subscription so I shouldn't get any charges as it should be rolling but before I take this route is there a actually resolve the issue and get in touch with anyone at Adobe as the virtual help box is not providing me with a great solution.
