Will my payment plan change after renewal?

Hi there! I am not sure where to post this ... but here goes:

My current plan is almost up with CC. I am scheduled to have an automatic renewal within the next couple of months. My questions are:

Since my current payment plan is at 50 percent off, will the automatic renewal put me at the same price per month or will I be paying full price? If I would pay full price, is there a way that I could lower it beforehand if I speak to Adobe themselves and see what they can arrange for me? What is their customer service email address for accounts and subscriptions?

Adobe Customer Care does not use e-mail because it's not secure.

 

1. With a browser that accepts cookies and does not have script blockers, please log-in to your account portal below and click manage plans.

2. If you still need help, scroll down to Contact Adobe on the same page.
3. Secure online chat is available in English 24/7.
4. In the chat box, type AGENT followed by enter key and wait for a human.
5. Alternately, phone customer service M-F during normal business hours.
