Je suis incapable de télécharger correctement Adobe Digital. Je l'ai désinstallé parce qu'il ne pouvait pas ouvrir mes livres numériques provenant de Bibliothèque et Archives Nationales du Québec. Je voyais le téléchargement mais je ne le voyais pas dans la bibliothèque d'Adobe. Si je le téléchargeais le même  livre j'avais un message indiquant qu'il se trouvait déjà dans la bibliothèque. J'ai désinstallé Adobe et fais un nettoyage de mon ordinateur avec CCleaner. J'ai essayé de réinstallé Adobe mais il ne fonctionne pas. Que faire?  Merci

    I got a new password and I erased the authorization and then re-authorized it. The problem remain. Once again I desinstalled Adobe Digital 4.5 and re-installed it. No change. The Adobe window is empty.. all can I do is authorize or not. When I open Adopbe this is what I see...


    Closed Digital Edition.
    Rename My Digital Edition folder in My Digital Edition.old under you Documents.

    Start Digital Edition.
    Download eBook again.

    Bonjour,

    When I open it I can't do anything. By exemple I want to change the authorization I receive a message saying my password is wrong, I changed it and I receive the same message. I want to download a book and it doesn't appear in Adobe.
