Connection error detected

I recently downloaded and installed Adobe Digital Reader v 4.5 and now I get the error message "Connection error detected.  Digital Editions could not connect to the fulfillment server. Please make sure you are connected to the internet." I already had 3 windows open in Internet Explorer so I knew I was connected to the internet. What do I do now?

    Check if the firewall nothing blocked. Also check if your system have the right time set.

    I did both of those already. I also uninstalled ADE 4.5 and reinstalled it. I have also unauthorized it and reauthorized it. More suggestions please?

    Right click on the file and run as admin. Check if this works?
