Error getting license.License server communication problem: E_AUTH_BAD_DEVICE_KEY_OR_PKCS12 when trying to download library book to ADE 2.0

ADE 4.0 would not open at all - no error. uninstalled that version and re-installed ADE 2.0, no the application starts but I am unable to download any library book , receiving this error
"Error getting license.License server communication problem: E_AUTH_BAD_DEVICE_KEY_OR_PKCS12"

At least 4 other people seem to have this problem within the last 24 hours - where is the response from ADOBE ????

This is supposed to be a reliable product, world class quality - definitely needs improvement on COMMUNICATION especially to a kind of spreading issue like this !

    For this problem, you need to deauthorize and authorize ADE again.

    Launch ADE

    Press keyboard shortcut: ctrl+shift+d

    ADE will be deauhorized.

    Now again AUTHORIZE ADE

    Help-> authorize computer.

    Error will be fixed !!
