"File> Copy to Computer/Device" shows "Mein Tolino" in grey

"File> Copy to Computer/Device" shows "Mein Tolino" in grey, so does not allow copy. How to fix?

What i did and worked for me was:

1.download the url link to your computer

2. connect your tolino to your computer

3. drag and drop the url link to your toliono's removable drive into the "digital editions" folder

4. start your tolino and he will find a new book

5. activate your digital edition on your tolino and of your going
