have Windows phone, but unable to download, install ADE to use with Overdrive to access eBooks from subscription service.

I followed the instructions from Customer Service for eBook subscription. Unable to get ADE to download to use with Overdrive. Have Windows phone, has Internet Explorer. Error message says "Not safe to open, run, save" the ADE... HELP!
