How do I transfer a book from ADE to my Kindle HD?

Amazon Kindle is not listed as a supported device. I got the Axis360 app for reading ebooks and authorized my Kindle using the same email and password I have for ADE on my PC. ADE does not recognize my Kindle or add a bookshelf for it. How do I transfer a book to my Kindle?
