how to open acsm files on android ?

So i've downloaded the acsm file from my PC to my tablet. But how do you get ADE to read and then download the book ?

Hmm not sure what I did to make it work.

Possibly, download to PC, wait a while, ADE on Android wakes and works out I've got a new book and makes it available.
