I am trying to download an epub, using Digital Editions and Reader. I receive an error message that the file cannot be opened. I've used these apps before, and the only change on my end is a new laptop.

Hi I am trying to download an epub, using Digital Editions and Reader. I receive an error message that the file cannot be opened. I've used these apps before, and the only change on my end is a new laptop. I've checked for updates, reinstalled, and checked for repair. Any ideas?
