I downloaded a book (Freading), but I can't get it to open.  What do I do?

    How try to open it?
    Do you used Windows or Macintosh?

    Which Version of Digital Edition do you used?
    Which error message you get?

    I am using Windows 8.1.  I just put the Adobe Digital Edition 2.0 in yesterday so I assume it must be the newest.  I click on download at the library page and it says it is already downloaded and it tells me to click on redownload and I do.  I have clicked save and I have clicked open, but nothing ever opens.  Am I skipping over something obvious??

    After Thanksgiving I will take my laptop to the library to see if they can make things work unless I find out sooner at Adobe Communities.  Thanks.

    To open the file start digital edition, go to file > add to the Library. Then choose a eBook to open it.
