i have lost my authorization on Adobe Digital edition which prevents me from continuing to read my book and prevents me from copyung in a second book

i have lost my authorization on Adobe Digital Edition which prevents me from continuing to read my book and prevents me from copying into my KOBO ereader a second book.  I have followed the "advice" of support by erasing and then re-authorizing my computer - it worked last time but not this time I'm also unable to copy in another library book

what should I do?
