I keep getting an Activation Service Code when I try to Authorize my H2O

I can authorize the reader on my computer. I've tried downloading different versions of Adobe Digital Editions, my computer is authorized, but I try to activate device, it  tells me to keep trying and continually has a Activation Service Code

    I'm told by epub and everyone else that the activation code error along with trying to de authorize my computer  and reauthorize recommendation, that comes up server error  are all because of a connection adobe digital editions program. I asked them for help, their answer, there is no support for free downloads.
