Lost my password for my yahoo email and adobe digital solutions. Now What?

I have a new adobe digital solutions id and email, but adobe digital solutions will not allow me to de-authorize the original id because I forgot the password and I can't check it because I lost the password for the email, and I can't check the password for the email because I created the email before phones were required to help recover passwords. AHHHHHhhhhhhh! I'm in HELL! AHHHHHHHHHhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhh! (You ever notice that help is one letter away from being hell?)

I just want to change my old id with my new id. How do I do this with what I described above?
