My vendor is not listed. How do I install .ascm file

I just purchased a book, downloaded ADE on Mac OS/X 10.11.1 and my vendor is not listed in the pull-down (Prufrock Press).  How do I get around the error that the vendor is not listed?

Please, can someone help.  Chat support will not help.

    By Vendor do you used Adobe ID. Then you enter the Data of the Account by Adobe.
