Problem accessing book

I am having trouble accessing an ePub file in any of the readers that use Adobe because when I have to sign in with my Adobe ID I get a message that says that I have originally downloaded the item with a different user account or Adobe ID. I only have one Adobe ID. Why am I getting this message?

I have Moved your post to Adobe Digital Editions, where you should get help. Your link, and any e-mail subscriptions should follow along.

Good luck,

Hunt

This forum is only to discuss how the forums operate, not products

For product specific questions you will do better in the specific product forum

If you start at the Forums Index http://forums.adobe.com/index.jspa

You will be able to select a forum for the specific Adobe product(s) you use

Click the "down arrow" symbol on the right (where it says ALL FORUMS) to open the drop down list and scroll

The issue isn't with a specific Adobie product, because the product I'm using is a third party product like FireReader or Overdrive Media which uses I don't know which Adobe product to read the file, but requires an Adobe ID, so I don't even know which of those forums I should go to. Could you point me in the right direction please?

I suggest you contact the "third party product" vendor and ask which Adobe program they are using
