Suddenly have problem getting library download from ADE 4.0 onto NOOK.

Can't download library epub from ADE4.0 onto NOOK. Message says the item has been return, no loan on record even though I can open/read in ADE. What's going on? I've done this plenty of times before, but I've tried with 4 different books from 2 locations. No joy. Any help?
