Unable to Download : W_ADEPT_CORE_LOAN_NOT_ON_RECORD

I am getting error while opening a borrowed ebook from ebrary:

Unable to Download

Error getting License. License Server Communication Problem W_ADEPT_CORE_LOAN_NOT_ON_RECORD

I have tried removing files in Library/Application Support/Adobe/Digital Editions and re-login Adobe ID, but the problem persists.

What can I do?
