upgraded to 4.5 and now get the error when library books of "application not found". Every time I upgrade, it is a nightmare. Anyone know what the solution is?

I upgraded to Digital Editions 4.5 and now get the error when attempting to download library books of "application not found". Every time I upgrade, it is a nightmare. Anyone know what the solution is for this particular problem?
