My Kobo Touch says that I am not currently authorized for use with my Adobe ID yet on my computer I am. Have been reading lots until I download my last 3 books.

    Can you please share the exact error message or if possible the screenshot of the error message.

    "This document is protected by Adobe Digital Rights Management (DRM) and is

    not currently authorized for use with y

    our Adobe ID. Please sign in with the authorized Adobe ID and try again."

    I have checked my ADE on my computer and it is authorized and all has

    worked perfectly since I got my E Reader 2 years

    ago.

    whether your KOBO also authorized with the same Adobe ID?
