What do i do?

   I'm having a hard time getting my textbook. I downloaded the free Adobe Digital Software, after I installed the software I got the Adobe ID. Then I went to the link for the book, I open the file, the Computer Authorization page comes up, I put in my Adobe ID and password, I hit the Authorize button and after I do this, this message comes up:

"An Error Has Been Detected, Connection Error, Digital Editions could not connect to the activation sever. Please make sure you are connected to the internet."
