When printing an ePub document in Adobe Digital Editions 4.5 on Windows 7 I get blank pages

After I first installed it and loaded the ePub book it printed a few pages but then the margins were off.  I have tried downloading applications that remove DRM such as: ePUBee DRM Removal and Epubor Ultimate with no luck.
